Exchanges & Returns
What matters most to us is that you're happy with what you get. If a piece isn't what you expected, it's simple.
You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to exchange or return any piece, no reason needed. If a piece is faulty, you have 30 days.
Conditions
The piece comes back as it arrived: unworn, unwashed, with the tag and card still on it.
How it works
- Submit an exchange or return request — it takes less than a minute.
- We reply within one working day on WhatsApp or by phone, and arrange a time for the courier.
- The courier comes to you and collects the piece. Nothing to post, nowhere to go.
Start an exchange or return request
Returns are completely free. The amount is transferred to the InstaPay number or wallet you give in the request, once we've received the piece and checked it's in good condition.
Exchanges are 50 EGP, paid to the courier when the new piece is handed over.
Opening your parcel
You can open and inspect the parcel in front of the courier before paying.
